Join our instructor and master teacher of SATYANANDA style yoga, Susan Gundersen Wednesday mornings. Satyananda Yoga is a gentle, progressive style suitable for all ages and body types. On the floor, or on a chair, this class includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath practices), and relaxation. No experience needed! Come and be refreshed!
This is a donation class with all proceeds going towards Guatemala mission. Bring a yoga mat, light blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
