Featuring the Trash to Treasure Exhibition!
WE ARE SEEKING CREATIVE, INVENTIVE, CRAFTY, ARTISTIC PEOPLE to accept the Ultimate Upcycle Challenge! If you are creative, inventive, crafty, artistic or a Pinterest guru this is your chance to show off your talent… Give new life to an old item by repurposing and transforming it into a new and improved piece to be displayed at our Spring Gathering Exhibition. Bring the item with you to add to the display area or bring a photo to display if it’s too large to bring.
All are invited to share in a morning of worship, pledge service, awards, fellowship and more! Our guest speaker will be Rev. Nathan Howe. Rev. Howe will be a study leader for the Climate Justice issue study at Mission u this summer, and it will be an honor to have him speak with us about this important issue.
Our mission project will help support the Beatitude House in Ashtabula. The Beatitude House addresses the needs of all disadvantaged women and children. By creating homes, providing educational opportunities and fostering healthy families, they provide an opportunity to transform lives.
The following donations will be gratefully received for The Beatitude House:
dish detergent, all-purpose cleaner, HE liquid laundry detergent, trash bags (13 gal. & 30 gal.), toilet paper,
tissues, paper towel, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, feminine products, diapers (larger sizes), baby wipes
